This is the Adolescent version from the Smart but Scattered series.   It provides specific self-development tools for all executive functions.   The initial executive functions screener is easy to use, and can assist in identifying area of strength and weakness.  Specific information and bolstering strategies are provided for each specific executive function.   Refer to the Smart but Scattered Kids version, for children.  The Smart but Scattered Guide to Success provides a similar format to assist adults in strengthening their executive functions.   Each book provides practical insights and strategies to gain understanding and bolstering of executive functions.
